My decision to start my own business was intentional. After 28 years in Human Resources, I chose to step away from corporate America to support humble, authentic small business leaders who aspire to lead differently and be leaders worth following. This decision also allowed me to be present for my family while continuing my passion for leadership development. Like you, I've navigated the demands of being an executive leader while balancing family responsibilities. I understand the struggle to "keep the balance" and the constant expectations from self and others.
